All orders are expected to ship in 1-5 business days from the time of placing the order, unless otherwise noted (i.e. pre-sale items, etc.). Tracking information will be sent to you via email and packages will be shipped through USPS or UPS.
Please note carrier delays are uncommon but unfortunately do happen from time to time. If you are experiencing an unusually long transit time on your package, please let us know and we will do what we can from our end to help. A large portion of package delay is completely out of our control sadly (especially during the holiday season), however, we will do our best to submit inquiries and get the package moving again. While a package is still in transit, we are unable to cancel/refund the order.
Orders that are marked "delivered" by USPS are no longer the responsibility of Belle & Bell. Sometimes by mistake, a postal worker scans a package as "delivered" while it is in fact, still in transit. We see this happen periodically and in 99% of cases, the package is delivered within the week. Your mailman and/or local post office branch can often give you more information on a missing package (and can help determine if it was possibly delivered to the wrong address, etc). If your order is marked delivered but is not received and you have waited several days and/or contacted the local PO, and you are still interested in receiving the product, please contact us for assistance!
International orders that go missing in transit are not the responsibility of Belle & Bell and will not be replaced. Please note international orders can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered due to customs clearance. All international orders are shipped via DHL (with the exception of Canadian orders, who also have the option of using domestic carriers). As with our domestic shipping policy, packages still in transit are unable to be cancelled or refunded.
Orders that are unable to be delivered and are sent back to Belle & Bell HQ will be refunded, less any shipping costs.
