Shipping/Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Orders are expected to ship in 1-5 business days, unless otherwise noted (i.e. pre-sale items, etc.). Tracking information will be sent to you via email and packages will be shipped through USPS. You can track the package at any point through the tracking information sent.

Orders that are marked "delivered" by USPS are no longer the responsibility of Belle & Bell and will not be replaced. It is recommended you check with your local Post Office branch to check status and/or file a claim for the missing package. Often times, packages are marked "delivered" by mistake while still in transit. If your order is marked delivered but is not received and you have waited several days and/or contacted the local PO, and you are still interested in receiving the product, please contact us for a discount on the replacement order.

International orders that go missing in transit are not the responsibility of Belle & Bell and also will not be replaced.

Orders that are unable to be delivered and are sent back to Belle & Bell HQ will be refunded, less any shipping costs.


If you plan on returning/exchanging an item, email us at info@belleandbell.com prior to shipping the item(s) back. We will issue you an RMA number to use for tracking purposes. As noted below, we recommend you return the items with tracking information. Belle & Bell is not responsible for items that are not delivered or lost in transit.

Our policy lasts 30 days. The item must are received back by Belle & Bell within 30 days of the item being marked "delivered" at your location to receive an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unworn (with the exception of trying on the item)

- Never washed

- No deodorants/perfumes/odors

- No make-up stains

- In original packaging/contain original tags, when applicable (this does not refer to shipping packaging - this is any clear poly bags used to package shorts, etc.)

If the item is returned and deemed "used", contains stains, etc., we unfortunately will NOT be able to issue a refund. The item can be sent back to the customer, at their cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@belleandbell.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@belleandbell.com.
