This Summer's Last Beach WOD

Summer '16 is quickly coming to an end, but the sun hasn't set yet. Get outside for one more partner-style Belle & Bell Beach WOD! Let us know your time in the comments.

In teams of two, complete 3 rounds for time:

100m Swim each (partner holds bottom of squat while the other is swimming)
25 Synchronized Sit-Ups
50 Alternating Burpees
100m Run
